Certified Oil Company has sought approval for a convenience center with retail fuel sales, and it will be accessible via a new road off of IKEA Way (Application Z17-05). The Company submitted the rendering with rather appealing aesthetics: Brick facade, steep metal roof, and an expansive glassed front. Consumers will be protected from the elements while fueling under the canopy… And, they can make quick in-store purchases via a separate, convenient pull-in entry.
